Our Story
Clear Credit Repair Pty Ltd was founded to address a recurring problem: Australians being knocked back for home loans, car loans, and credit cards because of defaults, judgments, or enquiries on their credit file — many of which had never been lodged correctly under Australian privacy law.
We built a business specifically to investigate credit file listings, identify breaches of the Privacy Act 1988, and fight for our clients’ right to an accurate credit file.
